HOW TO CLEAN ESCARGOT

Step 1: Boil 2 - 4 cups of water.
Step 2: Open the can and strain liquid rinsing the
escargot with hot water in a sieve and set aside.

HOW TO PREPARE GARLIC BUTTER

Step 1: In a medium bowl or food processor, add room
temperature butter, shallots, parsley, white wine, garlic, salt, and
pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Take the piping bag and place the pointy tip of the bag
inside the bottom of a tall cup. Open the top of the bag reversing
the bag over the sides of the cup. This step will aid in filling the bag
butter mixture with minimal mess.
Step 3: Place butter mixture inside the piping bag, then pull up the
sides of the bag and tie or twist the top. Remove from cup and
push the butter mixture to the bottom of the bag.
Step 4: Using a pair of scissors, cut the pointy end of the bag to
pipe the butter mixture.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE
Step 1: Gently rinse and dry shells.
Step 2: Take aluminum foil and cover the top of the cupcake pan,
gently pushing down foil into each cavity without piercing the foil. This
process is intended to create a well to hold the shell in place.
Step 3: Pipe butter mixture in the empty shell half way, then push one
escargot in the cavity of the shell, then pipe more butter mixture on
top. Place shell in foil well and repeat for the remainder of the shells.
Step 4: Place shells in a 400 F preheated oven and cook for 8 -10 mins.
*Garnish with additional parsley and enjoy with toasted french baguette
